Torchy's Taco's - Austin, TX

Torchy's Taco's is parked on 1st street in a parking lot. Don't drive too fast otherwise you'll miss this 'taco truck/trailer'. We almost breezed right past this place but it's hard to miss the Torchy's devil. The tacos on offered up all have catchy names like the Democrat, TrailerPark, Crossroads, and Dirty Sanchez. The outdoor table seating on the side of the trailer made for some good grubbin' under the TX sun.

Honey's Kettle - Culver City, CA

Honey's Kettle is the spot in L.A. for kettle fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits. Super crispy skin is the result of high kettle cooking temperatures while sealing in juicy tender chicken.

BBC's - Milton, TN

Visiting the South on a work trip and stopped in at BBC's in Milton, TN. Everything on the menu is homemade fresh and most dishes are offered up deep fried and delicious. This place is off of the 51 staffed by a couple of friendly ladies, serving up good eating and drinking....

Here's my plate of fried chicken strips with a side of country gravey and home made slaw.
